On The Beach, in association with Radio X, are proud to announce that Kaiser Chiefswill be closing the final weekend of this year’s festival on Brighton Beach on Sunday 27th July. The legendary band will bring pure joy to Brighton, playing their “Employment” album in full alongside their greatest hits against the backdrop of one of Britain’s most famous beaches.

Formed in Leeds in 2000, Kaiser Chiefs are one of the leading bands of their generation with a string of anthemic hits such as ‘Oh My God’, ‘I Predict A Riot’, ‘Everyday I Love You Less and Less’,  ‘Never Miss A Beat’ and ‘Ruby’

Joining the Kaiser Chiefs on stage will be legendary British indie band Razorlight, delivering hits like “America” and “Golden Touch.” The Cribs ‘The New Fellas 20th anniversary set’, known for their gritty anthems and energetic performances, will also take the stage alongside beloved pop-rockers The Hoosiers, whose classics like “Worried About Ray” remain fan favorites. Rising star Master Peace brings his genre-blending sound to the lineup while newcomers West Side Cowboy bring an exciting, raw energy that promises to make them the breakout act of the summer.

The band have released 8 original studio albums which includes their Mercury nominated debut, ‘Employment’ which sold over 2 million copies, They have achieved, top ten singles including the infamous number 1 hit ‘Ruby’, 3 Brit Awards, an Ivor Novello award for Album of the Year, toured with U2, Foo Fighters and Green Day and sold 8 million albums.
